Matthew, a graduate of UC Santa Barbara, formed Wehner Accounting & Tax, Inc. in 2016 and has been in the public accounting profession for 20+ years.

Matthew's expertise is, but not limited to, providing tax, business advisory and accounting services to individuals and privately held businesses.

Matthew enjoys teaming up with his clients to come up with plans and solutions for their tax, financial and accounting needs.

He has enjoyed coaching AYSO Soccer teams and Davis Little League teams and looks forward to all the activities to come in the future. He enjoys staying active and can often be found playing basketball at the UC Davis ARC or in the Davis City League.
Hannah Bills

Hannah is a California Registered Tax Preparer with close to six years of experience as a bookkeeper as well. She earned her BA in Mathematics from the California State University of Sacramento. While she originally planned to be a math teacher, she found her love of numbers and problem solving steered her towards accounting shortly after graduating. She ​is currently a candidate to become an Enrolled Agent (EA).
When she is not at work, Hannah can be found at home spending quality time with her husband and daughter.

Justin Thornton

​
Justin has been a tax preparer for Wehner Accounting & Tax, Inc. for close to 5 years. Prior to working for Wehner Accounting & Tax, Inc. he was the controller for a privately owned business for 5 years. He attended the University of California, Davis and has been a Davis resident for the last decade. He is currently a candidate to become an Enrolled Agent (EA).
He has a passion for math that has been further reinforced by going into the accounting field. He enjoys being able to help others with their tax returns and bookkeeping.
Outside of work, Justin has a love for playing and/or watching basketball and football. In addition to sports he enjoys listening to music daily, trying new food, and drawing.
